Western Wealth Management
I am incredibly fortunate to be part of a dedicated team of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professionals and supportive staff who work tirelessly to serve both me and my clients.
As a registered investment advisory firm, we are held to a fiduciary standard. This is important when seeking counsel for your financial well-being because it means we have an obligation to always look out for your best interest.
The world of investment advice is plagued with conflicts of interest, obscure disclosures, and an overall lack of transparency. We don't operate that way. We believe in creating trust through transparency. Working with an investment advisor who will act as your fiduciary can help to eliminate many of the problems associated with commission-oriented, product-focused salespeople.
Because a fiduciary is required by law to give full disclosure of how they are paid as well as any conflicts of interest they may have before you do business with them, you as the consumer are in a better position to make an informed decision.
Unlike many broker-dealers, Western Wealth Management does not earn commissions from sales, trades, or transactions within our managed portfolios. This fee-based structure aligns with our clients' interests, ensuring that all investment recommendations are made with the goal of achieving their financial objectives.

FAQs
Yes, I am!
This is a fancy term saying that we have a legal obligation to act in your best interest instead of our best interest. We also have a moral obligation to put your interests first.
Great question. You will always have ownership and control of your accounts. We use Charles Schwab as our custodian, so all our client’s managed accounts are held at Schwab who is one of the largest and most well-respected financial institutions in the world. You can log into your Schwab account at any time and see what is happening and you even have the ability to remove us as the advisor of your account if you ever choose to do so. We work hand in hand with our clients to develop a financial plan to help them meet their goals and then working together we choose appropriate investments together to fund those plans.
Simple and Straightforward: Our fees are based on the value of the assets we manage for you, and they range between .85% and 1.5% per year.
Aligned with Your Best Interests: Our fees are structured to put us on the same side of the table as you. Simply put, we do better when you do better.
Transparent: Our fees cover all our financial planning, tax planning, trading, etc. We never nickel and dime you with extra fees for doing our job.
Competitive: We believe our fee is often lower than many other financial advisors’ fees. Particularly when you consider many advisors use third party money managers and have other layered and add-on fees that are not immediately apparent and all too common in our industry.
While we cannot guarantee that you will pay less in taxes, we do find many people are paying more than necessary. If you've done a good job saving money for retirement, taxes will likely be one of, if not your largest expense during retirement and we want to make sure you do not pay any more than you have to. We review our clients’ tax returns each year to search for ways that we can sand the rough edges off what you owe the IRS.
Everybody’s situation is unique, and some people prefer to meet with me more frequently than others. I like to meet with my clients at least twice per year, once in the spring and once in the fall, which gives us a great opportunity to review and make changes to the financial plan as well as to their investment portfolio if needed. Of course, I am available to talk with and answer questions for clients as frequently as they like.
Simple beats complex.
Markets generally work.
Costs matter.
Great news, you are always in control and can choose to change advisors whenever you like. My job is to continually earn your loyalty and business but if you ever decide to leave, we will refund any unused management fees and wish you the best moving forward. Life is too short to be unhappy with anyone!
Absolutely! I have clients in several states and meet with them virtually.
I try to steer clear of the really controversial questions! (Actually, I am checking to see if anyone reads this far)
